NEW AT THE 4OH WORKBENCH

Reel Fun

Good catches.
Highly suspicious fish stories.

A bright fishing game taking shape at the workbench. The idea: aim, cast, reel, and meet a pond full of characters who did not request a close-up.

In developmentNo public playable build or release date announced.

THE DESIGN WE'RE BUILDING

A little patience.
A rather large grin.

A welcoming fishing game built around a short, clear catch. Less wrestling with a menu. More wondering how a fish acquired that much confidence.

01

Aim

Choose a spot among visible fish. Admiring the scenery is a perfectly respectable strategy.

02

Cast

The planned bite sets the hook automatically. The fish handles the dramatic entrance.

03

Reel

One reel action, a cheerful close-up, then another cast. We're aiming for quick, satisfying catches.

These describe the intended fishing loop. Implementation and testing are underway.

MEET SUNBURST

Brings its own sunshine.
We appreciate the initiative.

Orange-gold fins, turquoise freckles, and the expression of someone who has just heard the word “snacks.” Sunburst is one of the 36 distinct fish in the supplied art and design catalogue.

That catalogue lays out six fishing worlds, angler looks, clothing and tackle. They are the ingredients we're building with; they are not a claim that every feature is finished. Even a good pond needs a little plumbing.

FROM THE WORKBENCH

A fresh cast.
Same cheerful direction.

The project is called Reel Fun. The name changed; the colorful fish, welcoming waters and playful fishing idea stay with it.

The gallery shows original scenery from the supplied kit. These are art previews, not screenshots of a released game. We'll share tested gameplay as it becomes ready.
